Terms & Conditions

By installing or using PROXby (the “Software”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. PROXby is a WPF-based Windows desktop application that integrates with Autodesk 3ds Max to assist interior designers with 3D visualization and content placement.

Product Description:
In its initial release, PROXby provides access to a curated library of 3D models in proxy format. These can be replaced with two clicks while preserving position, rotation, and materials. Users can also save selected object groups for reuse in other projects. Future updates will automate more interior design processes within 3ds Max.

Subscription:
The Software requires a valid subscription at $20/month, which includes:

• Full feature access
• Automatic updates
• Secure cloud integration

There is no free trial, as the software is fully demonstrated via video previews. Users will be notified in advance of any pricing or feature changes.

3D Content and Restrictions:
All 3D models are sourced from public/open libraries. These are not originally owned by PROXby, but have been modified (e.g., rotation, naming, materials) for optimal use.

You may not:

• Extract or distribute 3D assets outside the application
• Resell, sublicense, or transfer license keys or files to third parties

Violations may result in immediate license suspension or termination without refund.

Refund Policy:
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase in case of unresolved technical issues. Email: support@proxby.app

License Grant:
You receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use PROXby on one computer per subscription. The Software is provided “as-is” without warranties.

Privacy Policy

We collect the minimum data required to verify your license and improve app performance:

• Your email address
• Device/system identifiers (e.g., OS version, hardware ID)

We do not store or access your payment information. All payments are processed via Paddle.com.

Data Storage:

• Personal data: stored in Firebase (Europe)
• 3D assets and files: stored in Google Cloud Console (Europe)

We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required.

User Rights:
You may request access to or deletion of your stored data at any time: support@proxby.app

License Agreement

This Software is licensed on a monthly basis. By purchasing a license, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use PROXby on one device per license.

You May:

• Use PROXby as part of your design workflow in 3ds Max.
• Receive ongoing updates and improvements during your subscription period.

You May Not:

• Disassemble, reverse-engineer, or tamper with the Software.
• Share, resell, or sublicense the Software or your license key.

The Software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
